Latest- Ramgen-Janelle s3x video leaks online update, Ramgen Revilla and his girlfriend, Janelle Manahan, has leaked online, sparking outrage from the lone witness in Ramgen's murder.
The video, which spread via Facebook and Twitter, is authentic, according to Manahan's lawyer, Argee Guevarra. He said Manahan was shocked and cried after learning that the video was spreading virally.
“This video represents the second assassination of Ramgen and second frustrated murder of Janelle orchestrated and masterminded by the Bautista household,” Guevarra said in a Philippine Star report.
The lawyer alleged that one of the younger siblings of Revilla had been blackmailing Janelle through Facebook messages. “She was told ‘you are not clean ate (elder sister) Janelle,’” he said.
Guevarra added that only someone with an access to the Bautista’s computer can upload the video. “That video was stored in Ramgen’s computer and later transferred to one of the computers of the Bautista household,” he said.
Manahan is a witness against two siblings of Revilla – Ramon Joseph and Ramona – who were tagged as masterminds in his Oct. 28 murder.
Manahan also wanted another Revilla’s younger sibling, Gail, and her husband Hiro Furuyama included in the charge sheet.
In a separate phone interview, Bautista family lawyer Jeffrey Gepte said it’s "absurd" to blame the family because "it’s a private matter between Ramgen and Janelle. So it would be very absurd for the whole Bautista family to know about it.”
Before Manahan’s lawyer starts pointing fingers, Gepte said they should first find out if only Revilla had a copy of the video.

Sen. Bong Revilla, Ramgen's half-brother, is asking the National Bureau of Investigation to help identify and prosecute the perpetrators behind the online uploading of the video.

Revilla asked the NBI to conduct an investigation and arrest the culprits and prosecute them under the Anti-Voyeurism Law of 2009 (RA 9995), which punishes the unauthorized and unconsented publication and uploading of videos. Revilla is a co-author of the law.

Section 4 of the Law provides:
Prohibited Acts. - It is hereby prohibited and declared unlawful for any person:
(a) To take photo or video coverage of a person or group of persons performing sexual act or any similar activity or to capture an image of the private area of a person/s such as the naked or undergarment clad genitals, public area, buttocks or female breast without the consent of the person/s involved and under circumstances in which the person/s has/have a reasonable expectation of privacy;
(b) To copy or reproduce, or to cause to be copied or reproduced, such photo or video or recording of sexual act or any similar activity with or without consideration;
(c) To sell or distribute, or cause to be sold or distributed, such photo or video or recording of sexual act, whether it be the original copy or reproduction thereof; or
(d) To publish or broadcast, or cause to be published or broadcast, whether in print or broadcast media, or show or exhibit the photo or video coverage or recordings of such sexual act or any similar activity through VCD/DVD, internet, cellular phones and other similar means or device.
The prohibition under paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) shall apply notwithstanding that consent to record or take photo or video coverage of the same was given by such person/s. Any person who violates this provision shall be liable for photo or video voyeurism as defined herein."
"This means that every person who downloads, copies and sends the video is guilty of committing the offense, regardless if they were the original uploaders," Bong Revilla explained.
Offenders will be penalized with imprisonment of not less that three (3) years but not more than seven (7) years and a fine of not less than One hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) but not more than Five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00), or both.
Bong Revilla is a co-author of the said law.

In 2003, Flash Player 7 added direct support for FLV file format. Because of restrictions in the FLV file format, Adobe Systems has created in 2007 new file formats listed below, based on the ISO base media file format (MPEG-4 Part 12). Flash Player does not check the extension of the file, but rather looks inside the file to detect which format it is.[6][7] The new file formats are completely different from the older FLV file format. For example, F4V does not support Screen video, Sorenson Spark, VP6 video compression formats and ADPCM, Nellymoser audio compression formats.[1][7] Authors of Flash Player strongly encourage everyone to embrace the new standard file format F4V (ISO base media file format). There are functional limits with the FLV structure when streaming H.264 or AAC which could not be overcome without a redesign of the file format. This is one reason why Adobe Systems is moving away from the traditional FLV file structure.[7]
FLV file format - used since 2002
Commonly, Flash Video FLV files contain video bit streams which are a proprietary variant of the H.263 video standard,[12] under the name of Sorenson Spark (FourCC FLV1).[13][14] Sorenson Spark is an older codec for FLV files but it is also a widely available and compatible one, because it was the first video codec supported in Flash Player.[15] It is the required video compression format for Flash Player 6 and 7.[16][17] Flash Player 8 and newer revisions also support the playback of On2 TrueMotion VP6 video bit streams (FourCC VP6F or FLV4). On2 VP6 is the preferred video compression format for use with Flash Player 8 and higher.[13][8] On2 VP6 can provide a higher visual quality than Sorenson Spark, especially when using lower bit rates. On the other hand it is computationally more complex and therefore will not run as well on certain older system configurations.[16][18]
The Flash Video FLV file format supports two versions of a so called 'screenshare' (Screen video) codec which is an encoding format designed for screencasts. Both these formats are bitmap tile based, can be lossy by reducing color depths and are compressed using zlib. The second version is only playable in Flash Player 8 and newer.
Audio in Flash Video files is usually encoded as MP3. However, audio in Flash Video FLV files recorded from the user's microphone use the proprietary Nellymoser Asao Codec.[9] (Flash Player 10 released in 2008 also supports the open source Speex codec.[19]) FLV files also support uncompressed audio or ADPCM format audio. Recent versions of Flash Player 9 support AAC (HE-AAC/AAC SBR, AAC Main Profile, and AAC-LC).[10]
Support for encoding Flash Video files is provided by an encoding tool included with Adobe's Flash Professional and Creative Suite products, On2's Flix encoding tools, Sorenson Squeeze, FFmpeg and other third party tools.

This came after GMA Network, wherein Rhian is a contract star, indicated that it will file appropriate charges against Mo for “malicious and false imputations against the network in his video posted this (Friday) afternoon on YouTube.”
In the video, Mo had expressed resentment that Rhian was supposedly forced to abort their baby because of the demands of her work as an actress and network star.
"Repaired" file
In a tweet early Friday evening, Mo claimed that the file had been previously erased from a computer he had sold. He further said persons who may have his computers in possession had “repaired” and unerased his files and uploaded the video on YouTube, which was titled "RepairedMovie.mov" uploaded by a user named "PrettyJenny55."
“I know i sold many of my things including computers that i had erased. apparently, someone "repaired" the erased files/hard drive and uploaded some personal files of mine,” Mo tweeted.
He appealed to those who have his personal files in hand to stop making them public. “I appeal to whoever is in possession of my personal files to refrain from uploading anything further,” Mo added.
Mo issued an apology for the online video and said he will postpone his departure for New York to Monday “or even later” to “clear up things.”
“i feel terrible about it. i was supposed to leave for new york tomorrow but i'll stay until Monday, or later, in order to help clear or answer some of the questions, as well as investigate how someone may have retrieved my erased files,” he further tweeted.

Biggest Monster black hole found by Scientists
Update- Scientists have found the biggest black holes known to exist — each one 10 billion times the size of our sun.A team led by astronomers at the University of California, Berkeley, discovered the two gigantic black holes in clusters of elliptical galaxies more than 300 million light years away. That's relatively close on the galactic scale.
"They are monstrous," Berkeley astrophysicist Chung-Pei Ma told reporters. "We did not expect to find such massive black holes because they are more massive than indicated by their galaxy properties. They're kind of extraordinary."
The previous black hole record-holder is as large as 6 billion suns.
In research released Monday by the journal Nature, the scientists suggest these black holes may be the leftovers of quasars that crammed the early universe. They are similar in mass to young quasars, they said, and have been well hidden until now.
The scientists used ground-based telescopes as well as the Hubble Space Telescope and Texas supercomputers, observing stars near the black holes and measuring the stellar velocities to uncover these vast, invisible regions.
Black holes are objects so dense that nothing, not even light, can escape. Some are formed by the collapse of a super-size star. It's uncertain how these two newly discovered whoppers originated, said Nicholas McConnell, a Berkeley graduate student who is the study's lead author. To be so massive now means they must have grown considerably since their formation, he said.
Most if not all galaxies are believed to have black holes at their center. The bigger the galaxy, it seems, the bigger the black hole.
Quasars are some of the most energized and distant of galactic centers.
The researchers said their findings suggest differences in the way black holes grow, depending on the size of the galaxy.
Ma speculates these two black holes remained hidden for so long because they are living in quiet retirement — much quieter and more boring than their boisterous youth powering quasars billions of years ago.
"For an astronomer, finding these insatiable black holes is like finally encountering people nine feet tall whose great height had only been inferred from fossilized bones. How did they grow so large?" Ma said in a news release. "This rare find will help us understand whether these black holes had very tall parents or ate a lot of spinach."
Oxford University astrophysicist Michele Cappellari, who wrote an accompanying commentary in the journal, agreed that the two newly discovered black holes "probably represent the missing dormant relics of the giant black holes that powered the brightest quasars in the early universe."
One of the newly detected black holes weighs 9.7 billion times the mass of the sun. The second, slightly farther from Earth, is as big or even bigger.
Even larger black holes may be lurking out there. Ma said that's the million-dollar question: How big can a black hole grow?
The researchers already are peering into the biggest galaxies for answers.
"If there is any bigger black hole," Ma said, "we should be able to find them in the next year or two. Personally, I think we are probably reaching the high end now. Maybe another factor of two to go at best."

The thought of Barbara's piercing green eyes occupied her mind and dominated her thoughts until the elevator doors opened and she got to see the real effect she always had on her. Even as a lustful teen, Helena knew that Barbara's emerald orbs would always capture her, making her feel like she was falling without the cat- like powers that her mother had given her. The agile brunette didn't know when their partnership had become more than just fulfilling a destiny, or when they had become each other's everything, but Helena couldn't imagine ever going back to spending lonely dawn mornings up at the dark apartment above the Dark Horse Bar. Since that first kiss two years ago almost to the day, Helena felt completely content in her life, even with the 'norm' of meta-creeps invading her beauty rest. She always thought of what she did- as she had once fibbed to a psychotic therapist- as a 'dangerous hobby', and she was good at it. Budoy, ABSCBN Show
Philippine drama television series that premiered on ABS-CBN. It tackles the story of Budoy, who is mentally challenged, and his family, relationships and social issues.[1] [2] It topbills Gerald Anderson[3] [4] [5] [6], Jessy Mendiola[7] [8] and Enrique Gil[9]. Synopsis
The story is about a well-renowned family of doctors, the Maniegos. Bound to success but with no child, Dr. Anton Maniego performs an artificial insemination on his wife Luisa. She gives birth to their child "Budoy". Budoy's birth is a family blessing, but later on turns into the family in shame when they discover that Budoy is suffering from Angelman syndrome, which delays his intellectual development. Predicaments arise against Luisa, who becomes very protective of Budoy and the rest of the Maniego family. On Budoy's fifth birthday, he goes 'missing' after his grandmother gave him to a caretaker to save their family from shame. After Budoy's caretaker dies, Elena, the caretaker's hired maid for Budoy, adopts him. Meanwhile, to save Luisa's sanity, Grace, the wife of her brother-in-law, suggests to their family to present a fake Benjamin. Unbeknownst to them, the fake Benjamin "BJ" is in fact Grace's son.
Years later, Budoy is recently moved out of his other home with his guardian Elena. They later live with her father Renato Dante Rivero and Budoy befriends Max. He attends a university and finds his old friend Jackie Jessy Mendiola and befriends BJ Enrique Gil. Budoy learns that the school is going to kick him out because he didn't pay for his college. So, at a party in BJ's house, Budoy speaks with people who work for BJ's father's company to give some money to donate so he can be able to go to college. Everything starts to be fine until BJ starts cheating on Jackie on another girl by accident. Then they get accepted to Pilipinas IQ, a game show, so that the school can earn some money. They won, but Jackie still didn't like BJ. After they exit the game show, it starts raining. Jackie is running away from BJ since BJ wants to apologize. Budoy, who went to see the game show, followed them and tried to stop BJ from attacking Jackie. Bj hits Budoy and knocks him out, and the two leave him. Thunderstorms start growling, and Budoy later wakes up. He tries to find them but ends up falling and rolling in a hill. Then, his foot gets zapped and hits his head in a rock.
Weeks later, he luckily survives, but the Maniegos already figured out that Budoy was their real son and BJ isn't. This makes them more associated with Budoy, especially Jackie. Budoy starts recovering from Angelman syndrome like looking directly and sometimes talking normally. Meanwhile, BJ got in a car accident, but survives. He starts getting really upset about the fact that Budoy keeps on receiving the love of his parents. With Budoy out of the hospital, his parents decide that Budoy would live with them. The more they are with Budoy, the more upset BJ gets. One day when Budoy wanted to play with BJ, he started getting really mad, throwing his beer causing a fire. Budoy starts panicking and later goes into a temporary state where he is focused. He gets a fire extinguisher and knew how to take away the fire. BJ tries to talk to him and Budoy talks in a regular voice, and BJ knew he was starting to change.
